Project overview

This project is an industrial cooling project of Nanxiong Xidun Chemical Co., Ltd. The project contents include:

1. Pure water system: the dosage is 15T/day, and it needs to be lowered from 25°C to 4°C within 8H;

2. Chilled water system: water flow 100m3/h, inlet water temperature 12°C, outlet water temperature 4°C;

3. Cooling water system: the water flow rate is 370m3/h, and the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water is 5℃.

It is required that the explosion-proof level of all electrical equipment must reach ExdIIBT4.

Device configuration instructions

1. The cold source of the pure water system uses a model of H.Stars 20STB-25AD4 air-cooled and low-temperature integrated chiller, and the special manufacturing material of the parts in contact with the pure water is made of 304 stainless steel;

2. The chilled water system uses a single-head evaporative cold spray type large temperature difference chiller with a model of H.Stars 40STD-P800WSB4, the inlet water temperature is 12°C, and the outlet water temperature is 4°C;

3. The cooling equipment selects two round counter-current cooling towers with models of H.Stars HD-200.

Solution advantage

1. The pure water system uses a H.Stars air-cooled low-temperature integrated chiller. The entire unit is completed in the factory. Only the customer's water pipeline needs to be connected on site, and the installation is simple and convenient;

2. The contact part between the evaporator and the pure water of the H.Stars air-cooled and low-temperature integrated chiller is made of 304 stainless steel, and there is no need to use a plate heat exchanger, which saves the initial investment of the project;

3. The chilled water system adopts the evaporative cooling spray type large temperature difference chiller, the energy efficiency is the same as the full liquid type, the refrigerant charge is reduced by 50%, the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water is as high as 8 °C, the flow of chilled water is reduced, and the investment in chilled water pumps and pipes is reduced. , improve the cooling efficiency;
