Linyou County is located in an alpine region. The traditional coal-fired boilers were used for heating, but there were problems such as old pipe network and insufficient flow, which made it difficult to meet the current heating demand.

After a lot of investigations, the H.Stars ultra-low temperature air source heat pump was finally used for heating, and it was designed in accordance with the distributed central heating method. Five clean heating energy stations were built to solve the problems of excessive heating radius and uneven heating. Information-based network management realizes a new modern management mode of unified duty at the center, unattended stations at each station, and regular inspection and maintenance.
