Advantages and characteristics of lubricating oil cooling chillers

Staged cooling: The first stage uses cooling towers to cool down, and the heat is dissipated into the air through the cooling towers. The second stage uses low temperature chillers.

The initial investment is small and the shipping cost is low.

The cooling tower adopts high temperature resistant packing to meet the customer's process requirements.

The unit adopts Hanbell high-efficiency single-machine two-stage compressor unit, which has high energy efficiency and stable performance.

Integrated design, cooling water pump, electric valve, plate changer, differential pressure valve, filter, are installed together in the project, saving installation cost for customers.

Using microcomputer control, one-button start, automatic operation.

The noise of the equipment is low, and the sound insulation cotton of the whole machine reduces noise.

The oil temperature of the evaporator of the unit is as low as -45 degrees below zero.
