Project Overview:A pharmaceutical factory dormitory building, canteen central air-conditioning project and hot water project, the dormitory building has a total air-conditioning area of 5700 square meters, the number of occupants is 200, and the canteen area is 1044 square meters. After many investigations, it was decided to adopt the star cooling and heating system scheme: multiple air source multi-functional units, with a total cooling capacity of 614kw and a total heating capacity of 652kw, are used for cold and hot water for air conditioning in the dormitory building, canteen, and sanitary hot water for the dormitory building. The initial investment cost can be reduced by 25%~30%; the heat recovery capacity of the unit is 123kw/unit, and the unit produces 55°C hot water per hour, saving 40% of the annual operating cost.
