1. Project Overview

This project is a dry fruit fresh-keeping cold storage project of Xinjiang Asena Industrial Co., Ltd. The project content is 8 fresh-keeping warehouses at 0~5 °C, and the types of stored goods are raisins, dried red dates, etc.

2. Description of equipment configuration

2.1. Refrigeration equipment configuration

The fresh-keeping library adopts a star-integrated low-temperature chiller (condensing equipment is equipped with an evaporative condenser).

2.2. Air cooler configuration

Each fresh-keeping store evaporator adopts a ceiling-mounted glycol cooler.

2.3. Energy saver configuration

According to the climatic characteristics of Urumqi, an energy-saving cold recovery system in winter is designed. Configure an energy-saving cold reclaimer.

3. Advantages of the program

3.1. The refrigeration equipment adopts an integrated low-temperature chiller. After passing the factory test, the whole machine is shipped. The water pipes are connected on site. The installation is simple, the failure rate is low, and the service life is as long as 20 years;

3.2. The chiller is designed with large temperature difference technology (8°C), the overall efficiency of the refrigeration unit is increased by 7.5%, the power of the pump is reduced by 32% and the cost of supporting projects is reduced by 30%;

3.3. The evaporator in the warehouse adopts a ceiling-type glycol cooler, which has a fast cooling speed, and adopts the defrosting method of air defrosting as the main electric defrosting and supplementary defrosting, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly;
